Answers, plainly.

Everything about how comparisons work, what our labels mean and how to manage your data — most things can be done yourself in a minute.

Early access

What the notice at the top means

Why does the site say “sample data”?
Product records are sample data while we connect live retailer, lab and regulatory sources. The way we compare is real; the products are placeholders to test it. Every record shows its source and date. See Evidence & coverage.
Is anything live?
Two public label lookups are live: the US NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database and Open Food Facts. They're shown for reference only and never change the ranking.
Which countries are covered?
The pilot markets are the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. Elsewhere you can still browse, but country status is shown as unknown.

Comparing products

How the shortlist is built

How are products ranked?
First we remove anything that fails a safety check for what you told us, or isn't allowed in your country. Then the rest are ordered by fit to your goal, evidence at the declared dose, how complete the data is, and cost. Each card explains why it's there. Start comparing.
What is the “Limited data” section?
Products with too little information to judge fairly. They're shown separately so they don't look as trustworthy as well-documented ones.
Can I compare products side by side?
Yes. Tick “Compare” on up to three cards, then press “Compare side by side”.
Is this a recommendation to take something?
No. It's a comparison to help you ask better questions. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement.

Evidence & quality

Studies, lab tests and seals

Does a study on an ingredient prove this product works?
No. Ingredient studies only count when the product declares at least the studied dose, and we label them separately from studies of the exact finished product.
Does a quality seal mean it works?
No. A seal or certification is about manufacturing or contents, not proof of a health benefit.
What if information is missing?
Missing information is shown as unknown, never as a pass.
Do you have every lab test and clinical study?
No. We show what we can source, with its date and scope, and we never claim complete coverage.

Safety

Warnings, medicines and age

Why was a product hidden for me?
If you mention a medicine or condition, products with a known caution for it are removed before ranking. Warnings are deliberately conservative.
I'm under 18. Can I use the site?
The comparison is for adults 18+. Under-18s are directed to a doctor, pharmacist or trusted adult.
Do you rank products for enlargement or height gain?
No. Those searches get safety and education information only, because claims in this area are often unsafe or unsupported.
Where can I check for recalls?
Our Alerts page lists notices we've added, each linked to the official source, plus links to national recall sites.

Account & your data

Saving, exporting and deleting

Do I need an account?
No. You can compare as a guest. An account only lets you save your profile and submit products.
What do you store?
Nothing unless you choose to save. A saved profile stays on your device; it's only copied to your account if you press “Save to my account”.
How do I delete my data?
On this device: use the delete button on Privacy & your data. In your account: the Account page deletes your saved profile, or your whole account and all its data at once.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page choose “Forgot password” and we'll email you a reset link.

Referrals & money

How the site is funded

Is the site free?
Yes. Some shop links may be referral links: if you buy, the shop may pay us a small fee. Your price stays the same.
Do referrals affect ranking?
Never. We run an automated check that ranks everything with and without referral flags and confirms the order is identical. See the audit.

Submitting a product

For makers and brands

Can I list my product?
Yes. Sign in and use Submit a product. It's reviewed with the same checks as every product and only appears once it passes, tagged “Community-submitted”.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. There's no paid placement and no shortcut for anyone.
How do I see my submission's status?
The Submit a product page lists your submissions with their status and any reviewer note.
